Frequenty Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. What conditions do you treat?

Tit Tar Bonesetting is suitable for a variety of health conditions. It has been around for thousands of years with a proven track record of fast and effective pain relief for neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, and pain of the extremities. Tit Tar Masters are well known for their expertise in using highly skilled soft tissue work, fascial release, and musculoskeletal manipulations.

2. Do insurance plans cover your therapy?

Unfortunately, not. Tit Tar is a very new therapy in the UK. Master Jeremy is the first London resident to offer Tit Tar, with specialist training from Grandmaster Erik Leong of Osteocare Malaysia.

3. Is Tit Tar Bonesetting treatment ongoing?

The aim of the therapy is to bring your body back to balance.

After your session, it is normal to feel relieved, invigorated, and light. For some people, all their pains are finally gone without any trace, even those pains that have been lingering for the past 10 to 20 years or more.

However, due that our body naturally deteriorates with age, modern day lifestyle (ie looking down on mobile phone, working from a desk for long hours, etc), lack of nutrition, pollution, stress, and other adverse factors, it is recommended to come back every now and then.

In some cases, you might feel sore or you may feel a temporary worsening of symptoms. This happens to a small proportion of clients. After that phase, you should feel a general sense of well being and relief. We call this healing crisis. Healing crisis is where your body is adjusting to a healthier version of you and it just needs to do what it needs to do to set itself. Information about this is readily available on the internet.

4. If it is an ongoing treatment, how often should I see you.

It varies from person to person. For acute pains, normally we recommend between 4 to 6 sessions initially, 2 sessions a week. Following that, you can come see me every now and then for maintenance. Most of my clients see me once a month for maintenance.

For chronic issues, it depends how long the relief is felt.

The level of relief is dependent on the patient’s profile (ie age, condition, etc). We have clients who saw us once and then came back a year later and reported they felt great all the way through. There are also patients who come back once a quarter and once a month. There are people who also sees us weekly, in particular those people who had a traumatic injury, elderly, or athletic people.
